My name is Dennis Sew, and I have been a bondsman for almost 20 years. I live by a very simple motto “treat people like you would want to be treated”. You can never go wrong with that rule of life!
I completed my studies at Towson State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business. In 1984, I obtained my bail bond license and joined Fred Frank Bail Bonds. I learned the bail business from the ground up. I can assure you if there is a situation with posting a bail bond, I have seen it, overcome it, and accomplished the task. If there is a “bail skip” that disappears into “thin air” I can do my “magic” and make him reappear in Jail.
Being a bondsman is a demanding job. Posting the bail immediately and providing great customer service are the #1 priority. People pay you a fee and want action! I’ll jump through any hoops to “Git R Done!”
In 2009, I was named “Bail Agent of the Year” by the Professional Bail Agents of the United States. I have been featured in the City Paper, Baltimore Sun, and USA Today. The awards and kind words are nice, but helping a client in a difficult time is the most satisfying part of my job.

Dennis H. Sew is a lifetime native of Baltimore, Maryland. He entered the bail bond industry with Fred Frank Bail Bonds in 1984 to current. He was instrumental in creating and implementing procedures in extradition of fugitives for Maryland State’s Attorney offices. In 1996, he was appointed "director of agent services" for Lexington National Insurance Corporation. He received his CBA in 2001.
Dennis is the PBUS Fundraising Chairman, the chairman of the Membership Committee, and also currently serves on the Education and Finance committees. In 2009, Dennis was honored as the PBUS "Bail Agent of the Year". Google+
